Hotel Policies
Everything you need to know about your reservation, check-in, payments, and cancellations.
Check-in & Check-out Times
- Standard Check-In Time: 15:00 (3:00 PM)
- Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 (11:00 AM)
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability upon request.
- Valid government-issued photo ID (Passport / National ID) is required at check-in.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Standard Rate Reservations: Free cancellation up to 7 days before scheduled check-in.
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in will incur a fee equal to the first night's stay.
- No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Payment Options
We support two main direct payment options:
- Pay at Hotel: Cash (MAD, EUR, USD) or Major Credit Cards accepted at reception.
- Bank Transfer (RIB): Direct wire transfer to our Moroccan bank account with proof upload.
